Everything you need to know about joining Drishti School

Absolutely! We welcome complete beginners with open arms. Our beginner-friendly classes are specifically designed for those with no prior experience in yoga or dance. Our instructors provide personalized guidance, modifications, and support to help you build confidence from day one.

Most of our yoga classes are 60 minutes long, while dance classes are typically 60 minutes. Dance fitness sessions are 45 minutes of high-energy workout. We also offer extended workshops and special sessions on weekends.

Yes! We offer both in-person classes at our Sector 7, Gurugram studio and online sessions via Zoom/Google Meet. You can choose what works best for your schedule and preference. Hybrid options are also available.

We're conveniently located at Shop 7, near OM Sweets, Sector 7 Extension, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. Easily accessible by metro and has ample parking space. Detailed directions are shared after registration.

Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing (yoga pants/leggings with a fitted top). Bring your own yoga mat (or we can provide), a water bottle, and a small towel. For dance classes, flexible clothing and appropriate footwear (or barefoot) work best.

We offer flexible timings: Morning batches 6:00 AM 9:00 AM, Evening batches 6:00 PM 9:00 PM, Weekend batches 8:00 AM 12:00 PM. Specific schedules are shared during registration based on the program you choose.

We maintain small batch sizes (maximum 8 students per class) to ensure everyone receives personal attention. This allows instructors to correct postures, provide modifications, and address individual needs effectively.

Yes! We offer therapeutic yoga for conditions like back pain, PCOD, diabetes, thyroid, arthritis, and stress management. We recommend a consultation with our instructor before joining to customize the program for your specific needs.

We welcome students of all ages! We have programs for children (8+), teenagers, adults, and seniors (60+). Age is just a number when it comes to yoga and dance what matters is your willingness to learn and grow.
